I do know about DW. I got an invitation and opened an account there, but it's an RL journal not a fandom one. I don't think fandom is migrating from LJ anytime soon (not enough people have been affected by LJ's randomized policies for that to happen), but DW does seem to have a very nice, thriving and growing community. At least we know it's there in case of a fandom LJ emergency. Also, the default layouts sure are pretty.
